There’s just four weeks until 2 May, when we’ll be heading to the polls to vote for our hard-working Labour councillors.
This week we’ll be sending a message to Sevenoaks loud and clear: every child deserves the best possible start.
Under the Tories, schools have had their budgets cut year after year. Parents are being sent begging letters asking for money and basic supplies. Teachers are leaving the profession due to low pay and stress. Some schools are even being forced to reduce their hours.
We’re telling Sevenoaks that Labour will properly fund schools. Will you join us?
A vote for Labour is a vote to reduce class sizes for 5, 6 and 7 year olds. It’s a vote to introduce free school meals for primary school children. It’s a vote to give children the start in life they deserve. That’s why, on May 2nd, we’ll be voting Labour to give local government the funding it needs.
We’ll see you on the doorstep!
Team Labour
P.S don’t forget – register to vote before 12 April. It only takes a few minutes!
