Vital Meeting of Swanley Town Council

There is an extraordinary meeting of Swanley Town Council taking place at the Civic Centre on Thursday 26th April. at 7.30pm

To be discussed will be

 

  • the Transport Plan for Swanley, a report by consultants to Sevenoaks District Council
  • more importantly the possible development of land in the Green Belt around Swanley, including future use of Town Council land around the Olympic,  which is at present included as possible development sites
 It is important the as many people as possible attend this meeting, to ensure that decisions made by the Town Council are in the best interests of the people of Swanley.

1. To receive Apologies for Absence

2. To receive Declarations of Interest

3. SEVENOAKS LOCAL PLAN
To agree an initial position of the Town Council on the Sevenoaks Local Plan (including a review of STC’s submitted sites)

4. KCC TRAFFIC SURVEY
To agree a response to the draft KCC Traffic Survey

5. Date of next meeting – 2nd May 2018
