Swanley Town Council Calls Local Elections

Swanley By-Elections – Thursday 13th October

Following the sad death of Councillor Robert Brookbank (see article), there will be three council by-elections on 13th October:

Kent County Council – Swanley Division
(Covering Hextable, St Mary’s and White Oak Wards)
Labour Candidate: Angela George

Sevenoaks District Council –
Christchurch & Swanley Village Ward
Labour Candidate: Jackie Griffiths

Swanley Town Council –
White Oak Ward
Labour Candidate: Jim Ware

Voting will be from 7am to 10pm.

If there is a chance you may be away on 13th October, you can get a postal vote here: https://www.gov.uk/voting-in-the-uk/postal-voting
