The Full Council meeting on Wednesday 6th July was another episode in farce mingled with tragedy. There was an impending sense of doom over the whole proceedings. The public gallery was full and there was general confusion as the minutes and agendas were mixed up. No member of the public seemed to have the same minutes and agenda.
